Senator Green, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                  
Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 134                                         
"An Act relating to arrest; relating to investigation standards for police                          
officers conducting criminal investigations and violations of those                                 
standards." Without objection, the bill was referred to the Rules                                   
Committee.
